Strainers for In-Line Applications. FDA Approved for Potable / Drinking Water. Strainer Body made of Polypropylene with Clear Polysulfane Cap and Buna-N FDA O-Rings. Suitable for Fresh or Salt Water use. Easily Cleaned with See Through Thread-On Cap. Course 20 Mesh Screens are typically used for Washdown, Bilge and Toilet Rinse Applications. Fine 40 Mesh Screens are typically used for Potable / Drinking Water Applications. Maximum Flow Rates: With 3/4" Hose Barb Fittings: 7.0 GPM (27 LPM) With 1/2" Hose Barb Fittings: 4.0 GPM (15 LPM) With 3/8" Hose Barb Fittings: 2.1 GPM (8 LPM) Maximum Water Temperature: 160F (70C) Maximum Pressure: 70 PSI (5 bar) The Strainers that are Equiped with a "Direct Plug-In Quad Port" will fit into the Snap-In Quad Ports on Flojet Diaphragm Pumps and Jabsco Diaphragm Pumps sized under 6 GPM. **Please base your purchase on the description of the strainer and not on the photo of the strainer.
